Oculomotor Palsy
Cervical spine treatment of oculomotor palsy:
a case report. Bryant TC, Stauffer WM, Simon GW J Chiropractic
Jul 1988;38-39.
This is the case of a sixty-eight year old woman
who suffered from ataxia and oculomotor nerve palsy (right
eye being fixed in an extreme lateral gaze)
Chiropractic examination
revealed a C1 and C6 subluxation that was corrected and her
eye problems began to improve within a few days. T12 was later
adjusted and the ataxia was improving. She continued care at
weekly intervals and within two months the symptoms disappeared
completely.
