Dr. Kalani Jose, Oxnard, CA

By the time I met Dr. Kalani, I don't know what I was sicker of: living with pain or doctors with their, cute "theories" about how to fix it. I had reached a point where I was more interested in living with pain than being a guinea pig for a new prescription drug, wearing awkward joint braces, or undergoing "exploratory" surgery to fix the problem. I had already tried all of the fore mentioned tactics when I finally wandered back to Dr. Kalani's office to ask for an adjustment. I was ready to hand over the keys to my car if he could just make it so that I could turn my head to one side and see something if it was sitting next to me. It wasn't even a choice at this point. Then pain had actually become so bad that I couldn't think about anything until it was gone.

Once he began correcting my problems, I found out that there is such a place as life without pain, not just life in denial of pain (there's a difference, like money saved on Tylenol, just to start). Now that I can move without feeling as thought a Siberian Tiger has just landed on my back, there is no going back. I had become used to the pain. I didn't think about it anymore and told myself that I was just getting old. But I am only 22! Now, when the pain comes back, I notice it. I also notice right away that when it is gone. But, this is what living is all about: being aware of your body and understanding it, not just shutting it up with some painkillers and then demanding another hour at the gym from it.

I highly recommend you give yourself a chance and trust Dr. Kalani. If you knew me, you would know that I am one of the most skeptical people there are, and I feel that Dr. Kalani is not like other doctors, for actually produces results. I feel 22 again, not 85. I can move. Life truly is priceless. I give Dr. Kalani my highest recommendation.
